One-Day Classes & Seminars
| Drop-In Cards are available only for snowbirds, for medical reasons, or those who are having a medical procedure and cannot participate in a full class term. Permission to purchase must first be obtained from our Executive Director, Jeannette Provo (403-289-4780 Ext 202). Please visit the office to purchase your drop-in card. Participating Classes: Yoga, Seated Yoga, Zoom Yoga (only if there is room), Zumba Gold, Tai Chi Beginner and Tai Chi Intermediate (only if Beginner class has previously been completed) Our upcoming Drop-in Classes are as follows: DROP-IN Fitness Classes WITH DROP-IN CARD
